A quick word: Though I don't usually say anything on my photojourna.list posts I figured I couldn't just post a flaming garbage truck and call it a day. Long story short - I was working at home and heard 2 loud bangs spaced out and thought it was weird, but kept on working. I looked out my office window when I heard sirens and saw firemen running around. So I went to the front window and looked out and the flaming truck is what I see. I grabbed the camera and took the picture and then thought I probably shouldn't be by the windows, because I really thought the truck may explode. I grabbed a coat went outside and didn't take a picture until I found out the driver/operator was okay. Then I started snapping away - but by then the fire was under control (thankfully)...Anica Rothrock, reporting live.
