Not quite as hardcore as Memento, but this little dandy from Fred is the way to go for those looking to organize that haphazard collection of semi-permanent ink that graces the flesh. A former skin writer myself, I will note the best location for notes is actually the inside wrist, unless you don't wash your hands very often...
