Simple Sandwich

It is hot around here. Super duper hot with the temperature being 100 degrees or higher at least half the days in July so far. With temperatures that hot cooking just doesn't seem possible and ice cream doesn't seem like a responsible thing to eat all the time. In an effort to continue being nourished during this heatwave-of-a-summer, Daniel selected some deli items and -- in a stroke of genius -- a bag of pretzel bread to make sandwiches. Lemme tell ya, the bread makes the sandwich. So simple and so good!
